Please avoid these people at all costs. They falsified homelet tenant reference reports and forged landlord references, this resulted in me taking on tenants in the basis of these forged documents. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am now stuck with these tenants who have adverse credit. Elegant also refused to refund the letting fee they charged. If I had been shown the true references for these tenants, I would not have taken them on. Elegant property group committed this fraud to earn a fee, of which they are refusing to return.
