Why are your staff so ignorant and rude of others? Only one or two seem to talk normally/quietly and we don’t hear them at back-outside. Everyone else however talks blaring and aggressively like they’re going to war. End of last week was particularly bad Thursday and next day They don’t talk- they shout instead. Talking to them is shouting. So imagine how much worse it is when they actually shout as well. Not respectful of other companies. Instead they use OUTSIDE-back as their public playground to have blaring meetings, blaring telephone calls etc. Why don’t you do all that INSIDE your business or at your front-outside. Whether it’s 10mins or 4hours if you are outside the back talk quietly please.
