Poor quality goods and poorer customer service. Very poor customer service from manager (sounds like the person described in other review), she had an extremely condescending attitude and outright refused to honour basic consumer rights. Was sold a poor quality case that broke after one simple trip (no baggage handling issue as was one of her many accusations). Upon trying to return item (under a week later) after 1 use as the handle had completely separating from its fixture, was bizarrely refused a refund or replacement, claiming it was 'used' and as it was new when it left store anything that happened during use was not due to it being faulty but must be due to misuse (I think putting clothes in a suitcase and transporting them is appropriate use)? I've never experienced anything like it, shockingly poor way to run a business. When sold faulty goods a replacement is a minimal expectation and legal requirement. Was told leave the case and they'll see if they can fix it, or I can leave. Will never shop there again.
